His career has spanned multiple industries, where he has consistently delivered results by leading teams, implementing business strategy, and managing large-scale initiatives.

At Harrison & Keane, he applies this wealth of knowledge to ensure clients benefit from a partner who understands business challenges as deeply as talent solutions.

Sarah Chaney, Co-Founder & Managing Partner | Executive Search & Advisory

With more than a decade of recruiting experience, Sarah has built a reputation for high-touch, results-driven executive search. Since 2012, she has recruited, trained, and managed high-performing sales teams, while also developing deep expertise in business development, account management, and leadership coaching.

Upon transitioning into corporate executive recruiting, leveraging hear early career as an executive in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning, she successfully filled twenty one > $100K roles in less than six months with top passive talent — a testament to her ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with almost no ramp time. Today, as Managing Partner of Harrison & Keane, she leads client engagements with a focus on concierge-level candidate vetting and strategic advisory.
