Since 2012, she has recruited, trained, and managed high-performing sales teams, while also developing deep expertise in business development, account management, and leadership coaching.
Upon transitioning into corporate executive recruiting, leveraging hear early career as an executive in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning, she successfully filled twenty one > $100K roles in less than six months with top passive talent — a testament to her ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with almost no ramp time.
